Relating To Biofuels.

Abstract

Requires the department of business, economic development, and tourism to establish a two-year advanced biofuels pilot project to expand the use of biofuels in achieving the goal of 100 percent clean energy dependence by 2045. Requires a report to the legislature prior to the Regular Session of 2019. Makes an appropriation. (SD1)
